Service packages
A package names its expert, its length and its price
- One price, shown before you order
- The expert is named, not a category
- A stated length, and a stated validity
A service package is a fixed programme bought on Hilbi: one named expert, a stated length from six weeks to twelve months, and one price shown before you order. It is not a clinical care plan and it never replaces treatment a doctor has prescribed.

HOW IT WORKS
Four steps, and the fourth one never ends
The same four steps for every package on this page.
Choose a plan, order and pay
You see the length and the full price before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Book an appointment with your expert
The expert named on the package is the expert you meet, in clinic or online.
Follow the expert’s instructions
Each session ends with what to do next, written down in the app rather than said and forgotten.
Follow the plan on your home screen
Status, validity and the detail of the package sit on the home screen of the application for as long as it runs.
Frequently asked
About ordering, validity, and what a package is not.
Yes. The figure beside a package is what is paid for the whole programme, and it is shown before the order. Nothing is added while the programme runs.
From the day the payment is processed, for the length stated on the package. The validity sits on the home screen of the application for as long as the package runs.
Yes. The expert is part of the package, not a category. If that expert becomes unavailable you are told, and the package can be ended.
No, and the two are kept apart on purpose. A care plan is a clinical pathway agreed with a hospital and it follows a diagnosis. A package is a programme you buy, and it never replaces treatment a doctor has prescribed.
No. Packages are paid by the patient. Where a part of a programme is an examination the insurer covers, the package says so on its own card.
Yes. The unused part is refunded on the terms shown at the checkout, and the sessions already held stay in the patient's record.
