HILBI IQ
One AI layer for the whole clinical day
- Processed in the EU
- Slovak and Czech
- The clinician signs
Documentation, the administrative queue, the follow-ups nobody owns. IQ runs on your existing system, in the EU, and the clinician signs before anything is filed.

Point tools add seams. A pathway needs a layer.
AI arrives one tool at a time. One for reception, one for dictation, one for triage. Each is bought, integrated, governed and paid for on its own, and each adds a seam to a journey that already breaks at the seams. IQ takes the other route: one layer on the infrastructure that already runs the journey, with one audit trail, one signature gate and one processing location. Built by a team that publishes a clinical standard and ships every month.
Four points on the pathway
Not one moment inside it.
Documentation
A structured draft report from the consultation, written into your system as FHIR resources. You review. You sign. Nothing files itself.
The administrative half of the day
Requests, messages, referrals and reports arrive sorted, drafted and routed. Every action is logged and reversible.
Between visits
IQ knows what the pathway says happens next, and flags when it has not. The follow-up not booked. The result not read.
On your existing system
No migration and no second record. IQ reads and writes through HL7 FHIR R4 and never becomes the record.
What a shortlist asks
In the order an evaluation asks it. Every row answered.
- PriceIn force
- From €19 per clinician per month, billed monthly. No setup fee, no minimum term.
- LanguagesIn force
- Slovak and Czech.
- IntegrationsIn force
- HL7 FHIR R4. Stapro, CGM and Epic are connected at the launch sites, and every connected system is listed on the integrations page.
- Data residencyIn force
- Patient data stays in the EU and is not used to train foundation models.
- Regulatory statusIn force
- IQ generates a structured draft report for clinician review and suggests service codes. It does not diagnose and it does not decide.
- Time to first useIn force
- IQ is switched on per clinician in the practice settings. Median time from switch-on to the first signed report was 2 days.
- Who it is forIn force
- Clinicians and practices running an existing system in Slovakia, Czechia and India.
- What it does not doIn force
- It is not the system of record, it does not migrate your data, it does not file anything without a clinician signature, and it does not act on a patient without a clinician in the loop.
- EvidenceIn force
- Outpatient neurology clinic, Slovakia, six months, 42 clinicians: documentation time per encounter fell by 7 minutes.
- Trial and exitIn force
- Monthly billing, no minimum term. Your record stays in your system of record if you stop.

Before you bring AI into the practice
No. It is a layer on the platform that already runs the journey above your system, so it inherits the same audit trail, signature gate and processing location as every other step. It replaces the need for several point tools rather than adding to them.
Because the practice then becomes the deployer under the AI Act, with no processing agreement, no transparency record and no audit trail. The responsibility page sets this out in full.
You can. IQ is available now, priced per clinician per month, runs above whichever system you already have, and ships monthly. It is not tied to a migration.
In the EU for the Slovak and Czech markets, in India for the Indian market, as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Patient data is not used to train foundation models.
The clinician. IQ generates a structured draft report for review; nothing is filed without the signature required by Act 576/2004 Coll. §21 and Decree 98/2012 §12.
